He's less than 1cm long with his legs stretched. The only way I even noticed him in the bush is because of a bright orange spot on his underside when he was in his web. No, not a black widow, but maybe the orange dot is one of those evolutionalry decoys?? Anyway, he was in his web with his front legs all pointed forward and his back ones all pointed back, so he was very narrow and straight. Did I mention he was pretty small??
