2017-08-20 10:22		 The white van was parked by the jetty and as the tide was coming in there were several people watching to see what would happen, about five to ten minutes before the sea reached the jetty a person appeared,got in,and casually drove away!.........the general feeling of disappointment was almost tangible!!

Thanks very much for the comments and glad you enjoyed my Gallery, I agree with you the B/W versions of some streets in Lytham St. Annes and St. Annes on Sea seem to have more impact than the colour versions, incidentally there are two or three amongst those shots that were also taken on 35mm and scanned too.
Have been looking at your Galleries. very impressive , great composition and eye for colour.

Enjoyed looking through this gallery - makes me want to come home! I think the cobblestone streets are better in your B&W gallery.
