Verdigris Agaric, Stropharia aeruginosa

Mushrooms are like flowers; they come in an unimaginably huge variety of shapes, sizes and textures, and evolution certainly didn’t hold back on the colour palette either as this electric blue mushroom shows. Verdigris agaric is a common poisonous species easily identified by its scaly stem and slimy cap.
