I am not sure what species of ape this is..... I believe it is a Mandrill,
but whatever you call this primate, I can tell you is that he is a ringer
for my cousin Irving and even has the same contemplative facial expression.
Though the photo looks pretty well lighted, truth is that this was taken in a
very dark environment and I did not think I could get a good catch here. To
get an aperture of 4.0 in Shutter priority, I had to turn Iso to 1600 with a
shutter speed of 1/40 sec. Shooting through a smudged glass wall there was no
way I was going to attempt using a flash.To have a reasonably good chance of
getting a quality shot, I rested the camera on a rail and used the self timer.
