Being a native New Yorker, this scene is difficult for me to comprehend. Here is prime real estate,
in the heart of most prestigious and fashionable part of Gothenburg, Sweden, Sweden's second
largest city, and you find a parking lot. One would think that along such a picturesque canal you
would only find high priced terraced apartments, town houses, or exclusive hotels.
What am I missing here?
