Originally the Cross Church. Erected in 1777-1783 based on foundation charter issued by King Stanislaw
August Poniatowski by a German Lutheran community. Designed by Anthony Hohne in Baroque Classicist style
it is a characteristicexample of Protestant acrhitecture with inner galleries. The interior was decorated with
sculptures by Augustyn Schops. Since 1945, a Roman Catolic Church (since 1981 a parochial church).
