Most Beautiful Sunsets in the World

First of all it's not my statement :-) But searching information about small town of Grand Bend in Southwestern Ontario, I found many references that the spectacular sunsets over Lake Huron there are among the most beautiful. While we're spending two weeks in the summer for three years there and I was watching these sunsets many times. I can say that they all were spectacular and different. The beach and particularly harbor with lighthouse create wonderful settings. Crowds of people coming every evening to park their cars, set the chair and spend an hour watching amazing colors in the sky. I took in these years many shots and this gallery represents selection of most beautiful sunsets I've seen there. Please let me know, if you like it or not. Feel free critique and comment. Lovely, I have never seen a sunset on Lake Huron..only sunrises as I live on the west side of Lake Huron in Michigan. I had never thought of the view from the other side....

I grew up a few miles from Grand Bend, Ont. and spent most summers in that small town working and I remember those beautiful summer evening skies. I have lived in California for many years and though the Pacific sunsets are wonderful, they don't compare.

I live in Grand Bend and there is nothing more beautiful then capturing the sunsets on the beach. It also helps that it is in my view from my home as well. But I have to say you certanitly do have some good work there "wall worthy for sure" Thanks for sharing

These sunsets are breathtaking I could cry, I have always believed at a sunrise or sunset is God's art. There is no piece in any museum that will compare, there is nothing that any of the master have created that can compare. This is a simple pleasure in life that we can enjoy. Everytime I see sunsets like this, I stop and thank God for my life.

I think that the reference to the most beautiful sunsets may indeed be right looking at your shots. I am a firm believer that it is hard if not impossible to capture the true beauty of a setting sun on film but you have done remarkably well. This is just superb!!!!
