Yes that is a space heater. Yes it is sitting on my front porch. Yes it is on. It was the only way I could thaw out my pipes. I made sure to make sure it was not sitting on any ice or in a puddle of water, and I cleared away most all of the dead dry leaves first. Plus I stood and watched it for the hour that it was on. What? It worked.
