Our new home in Dunes West, Mount Pleasant, South Carolina

This is a pictorial record of the building of our new home from the start of construction in October, 2001. Although planning started two years earlier, construction commenced in October 2001. We purchased the property in May, 2000 and contracted with J. Hilton Googe for the design. The builder is Flander's Construction of Mount Pleasant - Charleston.

My wife and I have purchased a lot in Rivertowne CC and are planning on using a Googe plan. Which plan are you building? Good luck with your home. We will be interested in seeing the final product.
