My camera doesn't quite have the reach to bring out fine details at this long range. But, the long wings and short yellow legs give this bird a different look without the dark eye and exact pattern of the bill being visible. The bold tertial and scap crescents are visible. Most of the time I had the bird this morning it was perched on this same yellow structure, though it did eventually move over to the rail.
