Cape May Warbler

McKenzie area (Henry Co), TN

Fairly typical view of a male Cape May; directly overhead. Even in this bad shot, the bird can be ID'd by the combination of crisp black streaks converging on the throat, with bright yellow on the chest. Only Prairie and Magnolia show a similar pattern, but both of them have clean yellow thoats, among other differences. The very sharp bill and a bit of rufous on the face is also visible.
