Storm Birds

Aberdeen, Scotland

Massive storms in the North Sea hit the North East shores with dramatic effect
The harbour wall sent waves crashing 50+ feet into the air
The late afternoon winter light lit up the waves, birds and lighthouse beautifully

Cracking image. Us on the west coast didn't realise how bad the North East had been hit with the storms.

Storm Birds in B&W is outstanding but to me even more outstanding is the colour version - just love that light and colour. So this version still gets a big vote, but not the huge vote of the colour version:-) V

So did you and Stewart shoot together or are the daily pics just a coincidence? Outstanding BTW.

An impressive sight. Lots of damage here too.
