I love all these older buildings with
the fire escapes on the outside, it makes
for great photo opportunities.
I never SEE anyone coming down one of these ladders,
though, I am still hoping to catch that on film :)

Excellent image, people in New York city sit out on these fire escapes on nice balmy days and communicate with each other. I notice there are window safety bars , for those that have small children. Very nice point of view , and it brought me home for an instant. Vote
