Joshua Tree and Death Valley NPs

Consolidating separate visits to these two California desert national parks. Fall 2007, Spring and Winter 2008, and Fall 2009. Added a couple from October 2009. Joshua Tree is a great place for short but interesting hikes. Death Valley is mostly a moonscape place with a diverse group of formations to explore but be wary of ugly rock!
