In front of the Castles of the Dukes of Brittany, by Anne de Bretagne’s statue we sat at a sidewalk restaurant table.
I forgot by now what we ate, even though I know it was all delicious.
But I remember every detail of our conversation.
So enriching and enjoyable and warm as always, a mixture of fun and depth, of silence and words.
I might describe you the dishes, if I wanted to make an effort to remember them.
