Tultugan 2

a festival in Maasin, Iloilo. They give tribute to bamboos, the plant that gives them a lot of livelihood.

when I went there, they were celebrating this festival. i abandoned my meodel for awhile and interacted with the participants.

"Tultugan" is a word which means to "to strike to make a sound".
