Very innovative use of the lights Manny. I like that. Also, the pink hues suit the overall image. Another great shot of one of your students.
One suggestion, but it's only my taste: I might have cloned out the earring. Only because it's an added sparkle that detracts from the lights. During ballet and tap recitals we advised (sort of told them not to) the girls not to wear jewlery because the lights would reflect on them, and therefore create problems with costumes and stage effects sometimes created.
