St Ives is a famous Cornish fishing town. Life is cradled around the harbour where boats land catches of fresh fish for the local restaurants, brought ashore on the ancient granite quays. A maze of tiny cobbled streets wander through the town lined by fishermen's cottages. The scenes and special light here have been an inspiration to artists for many years.
