Street Art

Sean has been doing a residency in the local arts centre this summer. One of his projects has been this mural, for which he worked to a brief provided by the Town Centre Manager and the owner of the bookshop to which the wall belongs. It was a very difficult wall to paint, as the surface was pebble dash, so he choose a simplistic design incorporating local landmarks in the skyline.

The mural looks great, and that surface would have been challenging! v

Fantastic mural work - well done Sean. Fine capture of the art and your young artist! V

I'd ask whether the model for the cat was in fact orange rather than black, but the shape isn't round enough.
The silhouettes of the man, cat and lamppost have a bit of a Toulouse-Lautrec feel to them.
