There's an interesting DOF on this; it seems to be a very gradual drop off from the petals to the leaves, then complete bokeh from there back. This happens less commonly than one might think. I'm guessing from the aperture of f/0 (which normally makes an image a smidge too bright, not to mention violating most of the better known laws of physics and maths) and a focal length of 0mm (normally used only by Fudge when he breaks into your room and wakes you up by shoving his face into yours) that this isn't a native MFT lens, which could account for the effect.
