A January Sunset

Finally, after days of dull and dreary weather, the sun shone today.
The weather is colder, but I'm happy to wrap up once I can get out with my camera.
Just made it to the shore before the sun sank below the horizon as we
took Fudge for his afternoon walk.

Perfect timing, with the beams radiating up into the clouds and casting a pinkish toned backlighting onto them. It's an ideal compliment to the serene waterway.
