Light

The weather has been exceptional mild for the time of year but also extremely dull and dreary.
Even though I was off today, I found that I hadn't taken a photo during
daylight hours
I bought this wax candle at a Christmas market.

Trust me, there are quite a few people down here who'd have been very glad to have dull & dreary over what's been happening in TAS in particular, not to mention some inland towns in NSW which are looking at 5 consecutive days of 40+ degree temps.
I do like the sharpness in the foreground flame compared to the soft, almost ghost-like appearance of the reflection.
