Wooly Jumpers

For everyone who wanted to see the photo of the sheep racing from Knockbridge Vintage Day - here it is.
I did wonder about this from an animal welfare point of view but the sheep didn't seem distressed.
I imagine they must have been trained to race down the track and jump the small obstacles as I know from our neighbours' sheep that they would be unlikely to put up such a performance of their own accord.

This is quite the sight. I do hope the sheep were not too distressed by it, but perhaps not. The little teddy bears add an air of the surreal to the whole thing. V
