After buying some fish I asked Vincie if I could take his photograph and he happily obliged. In fact, he turned out to be something of an old pro, picking up a fish without me having to ask.
His family have been selling fish for generations and there is always a queue at his stall when he brings it to Park Street every Thursday and Friday.
