Stocking Up

My favourite shop for takeaway coffees and speciality teas is closing. It was run by a very friendly couple from Lithuania. As other shops and businesses closed around them, they found themselves with fewer customers and have taken the tough decision to close. They are hoping to reopen in a unit in a large shopping centre north of Dublin so when they do, I will visit them to get some of their delicious flavoured coffees and teas. In the meantime I've been stocking up.

Ahh that's a shame - good quality shops are getting harder and harder to find. Good for you for stocking up :o))

Shame about the store, hopefully their plans will come to fruition, great still life image, the creme brulee sounds interesting. v

What a beautiful clear and colorful shot. Could be an ad for them. I'm sorry they had to close and leave town.

Nicely composed and arranged image. It's a shame when well run privately owned small businesses have to close due to circumstances beyond their control. Hopefully they will open at a different location.

Such a sad story, I just hate to see the individual small stores close one by one! Love your choice of tea, even though I prefer English Breakfast Tea. Great shot with many details !V!

Like the old-time feel to this. Such a shame that our shops are struggling like this.

Such a shame that they have to close. Fingers crossed that they can start afresh. Wild Strawberry sounds tasty!

A sign of the times - but where there's tea there's hope!
