If it's May there's hawthorn

The hawthorn blossoms turn the hedgerows white in May, so from a
distance they almost appear to be covered in snow. When I was a student in Dublin I loved to come home and smell the hawthorn - now I suspect it's one of the culprits for my annual bout of spring hay fever.

Have been busy lately so have a lot of catching up to do....

I love the hawthorn too. Ours blooms in early April. Fabulous photo, great light and clarity. V

I noticed; you're several days behind. Common for me, rare for you. This shot plucks out the details of the flowers and leaves nice and sharply, especially given the focal length used; either you had it on a tripod, sitting on a wall, or have switched to decaf.
