There is now more snow here than I can ever remember.
After yesterday evening's snow fall there's about six or seven
inches of white stuff. Once again the schools are closed and some
colleagues were unable to make it to work.
As I finish early today I had time to go for a walk up the
road to see the sun setting over Dundalk.

We are still waiting for our first snow. It must be great fun when it is so rare to get that much snow! This photo is so beautiful. The warm colors against the cold snow work so well and the composition with the curving road is marvelous.

For some reason I'm thinking Munch, but without the angst. I love the way the curve of the road echoes the curves of the clouds/ remaining sunlight.
