I spend the Golden Hour at Gyles Quay with our Golden Lab. To be honest, I'd probably have been at home
washing dishes or floating around Facebook if I hadn't had Fudge. But it was such a nice evening, after
an equally nice late September day, that I brought him to the beach straight after dinner. I let him off the
lead for the first time away from home, first letting him know that I had a pocketful of treats. He came back
each time I called him although he clearly enjoyed being able to run freely on the sand and he even ventured
into the waves.
There was a spectacular sunset and we were back in the car making our way home when it finally
started to rain.
