St Mary's Abbey

Spent a most enjoyable evening being given a tour of mid-Louth by
my cousin Teresa. For years (I won't say how many) I've been promising
to visit her in Kilcrony and today I finally made it. As she drove me
along the narrow country roads, we passed the ruins of St Mary's
Abbey just outside Louth village, which dates back to the 12th century.

Nice perspective and light.

Effective use of light and sky to create the "atmosphere". I like the way the wall "leads in" as well.
