A friend told me today of the lovely dinner she had prepared, just for the sheer fun and pleasure of cooking good homemade food.
So, inspired by her example, I made a little extra effort with my "fish on Friday" theme,
but didn't go down the path of making everything from scratch!
The tikka masala sauce was bought ready made, but it was very delicious.
