This is our Canadian Sailcraft 36T. She was designed by Raymond Wall of Camper & Nicholsons fame. The 36T was Ray first design for CS Yachts and he designed her as if she would be sailing the North Sea. The design was way ahead of her time and featured SS hand rails, aluminum toe rails and no exterior teak to maintain. The hull to deck joint is an overlapping seam that is through bolted, not screwed. She is built like no other boat. Ray Wall and CS Yachts were very careful to minimize the use of wood core in areas such as hull stringers, chain plate knees and under items such as the genny tracks. She sails like a dream, tracks straight, and feels like a much larger boat than she is. This boat was cruised for 5 years 24/7/365 and has sailed some of the roughest seas imaginable. She has held up to the test of time extremely well thanks to a pedigreed NA and a top notch builder.
