I caught up with these guys after a 4 block chase and just started taking photos and asking them what they were doing at 1;30 in our parking area and why they ran when I showed up... Dumb Kid wearing last name on shirt... Flaged down a cop ... Thievies Suck.../ Todays score "Cops 3 Thievies 0"
