Jürgen Trittin (Die Grünen) war von 1998 bis 2005 deutscher Bundesminister für Umwelt, Naturschutz und Reaktorsicherheit. Seit 1998 ist er Mitglied des deutschen Bundestages und war für die Bundestagswahl 2009 neben Renate Künast Spitzenkandidat der Grünen.

Jürgen Trittin of the Green Party (Die Grünen) was German minister for environmental affairs from 1998 until 2005. Since 1998, he is a member of the German parliament and was, together with his colleague Renate Künast, top candidate of the Green Party for the general election in 2009.
