A drop of rainwater in a lupin leaf acts as both a magnifying glass and a mirror (note the sky). I deliberately underexposed by 3.5 EV so that the shutter speed was enough to counter the slight breeze that made the leaf quiver, while retaining appropriate depth of field. In Photoshop, I corrected the exposure, saved as a DNG file, then imported that into Photomatix to create a pseudo HDR which was subsequently tonemapped.
