The last steps in home-made Pho Bo (Vietnamese Beef Noodle soup)

No work today, so I cooked beef broth all day.
Last steps were soaking and cooking the rice noodles and adding the Thai basil, cilantro and jalapeno slices.

Sounds really tasty, although I can't have Cilantro or Jalapeno. I've been wanting to get some of these rice noodles. Yum!
