OCTOBER 22

Sugar Land, TX

Well, I didn't take a photo yesterday and frankly, I don't care. I had a good
record for PaD so far, so I don't feel bad. You know what they say...
Sometimes, life gets in the way. LOL

This photo above makes me sad. This was the last bit of grazing land along the
old Ferry road. Just out of the frame, there is a line of bulldozers and other
earthmoving equipment. Soon, this will be more houses. Sad day. We already
have too many houses and too many shopping centers with the same old stores.
Everything in the U.S. is turning to PLAIN VANILLA.

I find it sadder that in our town, instead of reclaiming unused building that sit VACANT, they plow over a new tract of land for another Advanced Auto, then the Murrays Auto sits empty? Ummm, use the existing building that is an eyesore already?

Good you took the picture Lynn, such a lovely scenery! Many people need many houses - the same here...

Sad and wish more people would not need more buildings.
Or renovate the old into restored.

Oh this really is sad. This gorgeous rolling green landscape will soon look like anywhere USA (or anywhere Canada). We have the same problem here. It is dispiriting. At least you will have the photo to look back on (some consolation, right!). V

Love rolling hills! You picked a great time to take this, the shadows really show off the terrain!
