Done in Photoshop Elements.
1. Took the original color photo.
2. Made a duplicate, and removed the color to B&W
3. Move/copy the B&W file over top of the color one to make a layer.
4. Highlighted the B&W layer and used the erase tool to remove the B&W eyes to expose the color eyes underneath.
My first attempt at using PSE for something other then color correction.
