The Cat Portrait

Kota Kinabalu Borneo Malaysia

She asked me why I didn't take her cat's portrait, though her daughter told her it wasn't polite to ask.

LUKO
I have a Summilux R 35mm lens, but still I felt inspired to try out this lens(Elmarit R 35mm) and just bought it on e-bay, but the seller is nowhere to be seen.
THIS IS JUST A MAGNIFICIENT SHOT! It will inspire many I know. I like David Alan Harvey a lot and you remind me of him and its not that bad I hope.
CHEERS!!!!

Another favourite. I believe you selected this as the picture you are most proud of in one of the TE forums. This is a gem, a decisive moment at its most decisive moment. A fraction of a second earlier or later, this picture would have lost its appeal.

Hi Luko,
I just chanced upon your PBase B&W gallery, this one I thought was really nice...love the immensely candid exchange between mother and daughter...and the black cat so lovingly held close to oneself..this is really classic...!
Regards,
Siddhartha
