This isn't a good photo because it's blurry. This Chickadee left its branch at about the time I pressed the shutter and my 1/800 second wasn't fast enough to freeze his motion. But I posted it because I thought it was interesting because you can see through his lower wing that one foot is in the air just below his body and the other is still on the branch he had been perched on.
