Black & White Conversions

I'm experimenting with black and white conversion techniques trying to decide what method I prefer so this is where I'm posting my attempts. I'm a Photoshop CS2 user but I've found that Picasa's "Filtered B&W" conversion is a pretty quick and easy way to get several different looks from the same photo.
