This gallery is a virtual view into my 200 mile hike from Stevens Pass, Washington down the Pacific Crest trail into The Goat Rocks Wilderness in late summer 2006. It was a grand adventure for my dog Kelly and me. We saw hot days, windy and rainy storms, some snow, and walked for seemingly endless days along a historical path within forests, past lakes, across passes, along ridges, meeting fellow hikers and wildlife, and going up and down huge remote wilderness canyons. It was my first hike in Washington, and one of my most memorable. This hike exceeded my expectations, and I'm glad I can share it with you through my photos.
