I have a Criswoldwaffle Iron with the paten Of June 29, 1880 and july 29,1898.
I has the number 8 and under that 829.

i have a Griswold American N) 8 waffle iron mfg in erie PA. the top portion has a number 886 and the bottom portion has 885. i would like to know more about the history of this item, thanks
