I would look around for interesting and unique pattern in the snow when flying around the Cascade Mountains or in The Olympic Mountains. I'd learned from years of search flying for missing aircraft in the state is to slow the airspeed down to increase the chance of finding the plane. I spotted this shadow in the snow and tried to find a composition that would speak for itself. Well this is the one. This is the same area of Vesper and Gothic Peak in the Cascade Mountains.
