Don't be alarm by the way baby is transport in Vietnam. There are lots information in this image. It's a common way to have baby in between mom and dad or just in front of day. Also mom and dad have helmets while baby wears whatever. They are wearing long sleeve jackets and mask so that they would not be tan. Dark or tan skin is not desirable in Vietnam. They would like to have light skin.
