hot noodle soup on wheels, Saigon, Vietnam

This hot soup cart is repeated all over Vietnam where people can catch a hot meal along the side of the road. I noticed she has plastic gloves as she pushed this cart. I am not exactly sure the cleanliness of the cart but there are many others enjoying their meals.
