No, it didn't hurt. In fact, it helped. Overexposure to vast expanses of sandstone can stimulate a person to the point of numbness. Occasional non-sandstone interludes are necessary to regain a sense of normalcy.

Even though it lacks the red rock and sandstone touch I have grown to expect from you, I like this shot. Nice work. Did it hurt much to take a shot devoid of stone color?

This might be advertised as "rustic" "breathtaking view" and "wilderness location". I have a feeling it might sell quite well in New York City. A little photoshop work and voila, you have a great advertising brochure.
