Deep shadow yields to sunlight up ahead (reverse view of previous photo)

Fin landscape above Negro Bill Canyon (near Moab, Utah)

The corridor between the fins is about 300 feet long. From here one cannot see the tops of the fins
because of their curved shape. The ground slowly rises as I walk toward the weird hump on the skyline.

Six months after taking this picture, I took another one from the same position.
