Near the south end of the Sumner Link Trail (in Sumner, Washington) is this yellow marking to denote where the asphalt has been buckled by tree roots. Although this marking is better than no action,, it isn't good enough. Would the city let a road stay in such a condition? I have seen this done elsewhere on this trail and on other trails in the area.
