From watching YouTube videos about RV life I've learned that many---not all---Walmart stores allow people to park an RV or similar vehicle in the store parking lot for a night. These two RVs are doing just that at the Walmart store in Maricopa, Arizona. I encountered this scene during a late-night trike ride; it is the first time I have witnessed such "camping."
