The conductor? switchman? brakeman? hangs on while a local Union Pacific train backs onto a spur in Kent, blocking the Interurban Trail. A few minutes earlier I had been sitting here on my recumbent trike, eating yogurt and pudding with my finger (I had forgotten to bring a spoon). When the switching action bergan I stopped eating and started shooting. This railroad interlude was part of a short detour off the nearby Green River Trail.
